Refund Policy

At Problemic, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality service. However, if you experience any issues with our web application within the first 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

 1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are available only within the first 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The issue must be directly related to the functionality of the web app, rendering it unusable or not as described.
- You must contact our support team at kirill@problemic.com to report the issue and request a refund.

 2. Refund Process
- Once you report the issue, our support team will work with you to resolve it.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 3. Exclusions
- Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from misuse, external factors beyond our control, or if the problem was resolved within the 7-day period.
